Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and everything has been good . As people get older they do complain but as the family member I have been pleased with the care and as time passes my cousin has become more involved and taking advantage of all the things that are available.

I like the availability of the personnel and the question answering. The food can use improvement. Yes, we would recommend Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury to other families based on the experience so far.

Facility was clean and inviting. The food was usually very good. Administrative staff was professional and friendly. However, some attending staff were slow to respond and some were less than professional.

The staff is phenomenal very caring and very helpful and very knowledgeable and the facility is beautiful. The food is sensational.

They are all incredibly friendly. Helpful and personable. They he place is the best in the area. The studio is on the small side. But since mom can't move much it's fine. The other rooms are good size. Amenities are great. It's a really nice place. Big and not sterile like all the other places seem.

In general, the facility is bright and clean. Nice location. The staff is mostly very friendly and accommodating, generally looking out for the care and best interests of the residents. The nursing staff is adequate but can be slow to react when issues arise or changes are noted in a resident's health or demeanor. A couple of other observations...They are quick to adjust care levels (and costs) when temporary issues arise that require additional monitoring, but slow to reevaluate when those requirements are no longer needed.... read more

It was mostly positive. Very clean, well run and maintained facility. If the care attendants could have been better it would have been a 5 overall.

The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The move-in process was seamless. They hung the pictures and hooked up the TV cable. They were very flexible in terms of food - think my father-in-law requested a cheeseburger or a grilled cheese with bacon everyday! They catered to his wishes. The nursing staff was very attentive in terms of changing his leg wound bandages. Could not say enough about the care he received.
