We did the online tour with Arbor Terrace. From what I could see, it looked to be a little too confining and my dad really likes the open space. It is by a busty road and the location was just a little too far for us.

My mom is in the memory care unit and the staff is fantastic and we are very pleased with our experience at Arbor Terrace. They bend over backwards whenever they can and I am so appreciative of the,. The activities provided are great from what I see on the calendar, but my mom does not participate much. The day we moved my mom in my husband had the ribs that they served and he said they were really good. It is a lot of money but I know she is being well taken care of which gives me peace of mind.

I'm not happy with the head nurse, waited until the late afternoon to let us know that our loved one didn't have their meds. I was able to get ahold of a friend to issue replacement medications. The aides are wonderful, and the community doesn't have enough to respond to the resident's call buttons. There are times I have to call the nurses to assist my loved one. If there is an emergency what is my loved one to do? I would like for this to change. The place is beautiful, though!

The staff is friendly. The community is very clean. The food is very good, my loved one likes it a lot. They have lots of activities for the residents as Covid is ramping down. I would recommend this community to others.

Our family's experience at Arbor Terrace has been excellent. Whoever does the hiring for staff has chosen wonderful people. A few months ago it was necessary to seek assisted living for our mother who had mutable skeletal issues and short term memory loss. Our tour guide Shannon couldn't have been more knowledgeable or charming. So far so good! So far so good as far as I can see. I really don't talk to my wife, but the community is clean and they keep her room clean. The staff is great and they make sure that my wife is good. I like that they have activities for her.
