Food and strict medical issues due to allergies & long time Autoimmune illness non contagious, and Chef has met with me and makes sure my foods are not compromised like cross contamination of shellfish cooking and preparation. The Staff of Concierge are respectful and trustworthy and intelligent. The cleaning staff is most supportive and efficient to my antiques. Entertainment is superior and so are workshops of Art and Lectures. all 5 stars after being here a full year!

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, with my grandfather and my family. Many of them knew me by my first name and would inquire about my family My grandfather was very social and enjoyed talking with people. The team always took the time to talk with him, sometimes coming to his apartment When he was in a rehabilitation center many staff called me to make sure he was ok, some even went to visit him while he was away I feel the team members consistently went above and beyond what their role was

The friendliness of the residents. The staff who are so caring and welcoming. They let me have my dog anywhere in the community (except dining room of course) and they and residents adore him which he returns. The setting being next to the Teaneck Nature Conservancy.

I am thrilled to be here. Beautiful grounds surroundings outside and inside very inviting with wonderful staff to help with anything. Clean as can be with wonderful living room, activity rooms, arts and crafts, exercise room, movie theater, beautiful dining room. One of my favorites id the winding walkway in front with sitting areas with comfortable chairs along the way flanked with bushes flowers and trees. Arbor terrace allows my dad to live independently with dignity in his own apartment . The employees feel like family. They watch out for my dad and would let me know if anything seems off with him .

The staff is very friendly, they really care for the residents. There has been some turnover and fluctuation in the dining but I think they are working that out. Activities I think are great my mom does fitness classes, she goes on trips a lot, joined the gardening club. Staff and activities would be 5 on scale. Food and dining has its days and can be improved but staff is trying and friendly

Every Staff Member in every function gets a 5+ rating . Always smiles even when walking around and openness attitudes that make it easy to ask questions or ask for help or information. There are many daily activities available to attend.
I'll start with the facility, which is what attracted me in the first place. I was attracted to: The facility's setting - Serene, quiet, surrounded by Nature, Away from traffic and its pollution, flowers, well kept grounds, ability to sit outside (or not) and get fresh air. Also, the layout of the common rooms (their functions and activities) makes it easy to find and use (No getting lost here. The staff all do the job that is required of them.
