Arbor terrace allows my dad to live independently with dignity in his own apartment . The employees feel like family. They watch out for my dad and would let me know if anything seems off with him .

The staff is very friendly, they really care for the residents. There has been some turnover and fluctuation in the dining but I think they are working that out. Activities I think are great my mom does fitness classes, she goes on trips a lot, joined the gardening club. Staff and activities would be 5 on scale. Food and dining has its days and can be improved but staff is trying and friendly

Every Staff Member in every function gets a 5+ rating . Always smiles even when walking around and openness attitudes that make it easy to ask questions or ask for help or information. There are many daily activities available to attend.
I'll start with the facility, which is what attracted me in the first place. I was attracted to: The facility's setting - Serene, quiet, surrounded by Nature, Away from traffic and its pollution, flowers, well kept grounds, ability to sit outside (or not) and get fresh air. Also, the layout of the common rooms (their functions and activities) makes it easy to find and use (No getting lost here. The staff all do the job that is required of them. Arbor terrace was excellent in every sense. They were quite flexible and accommodating. They had good food and kind staff. It was organized and clean. They were reasonably priced, approaching underpriced compared to the competition.

So far the experience has been great. My mom is loving her apartment. The staff has been super friendly and caring always trying to help in any way they can for my mom. The dining experience has been interesting food has been good, service has been mixed. But they have made some changes to leadership and promised improvements in that area. I would recommend Arbor Terrace. While others may have a different preference. One of the top things on my "preference list" was a minimum of traffic & pollution and a sense of tranquility, which Arbor fulfills. To be perfectly honest, the 1 thing that have been of concern for me is a security issue e.g. access to each tenant's room, I think that the internal controls in that area needs to be tightened. Biggest problem is that there are not enough staff. Second problem is the rigidity of dining arrangements. Everyone must have an assigned table and an assigned time for eating. Breakfast and dinner are provided but I don't eat breakfast and I still do not have a permanent dinner table after 3 months. They cannot provide a table at my preferred time of 5:45 and want me to eat at 6:30 which is too late. Third problem is that the quality of the food is quite variable.
