Come here! Excellent place for mom!
Great place, with some quirks It's expensive, but we chose it because it was jsut a beautiful facility, it was welcoming, everyone was so accomodating and we felt safe having them there; they love it. Sometimes there are little "loose ends," for example, for a while the bus that took the women to Shoprite was not working but that's been fixed. Things to know about Arbor Terrace: Yearly $ raise in rent. Director doesn't have our best interests in mind- only Corporates. Sales out and out lies. Ask very specific questions and follow up questions. Confirm answers in an email. There is no help here if you are compromised health wise except being driven to medical appointments within a 8 mile radius. Meals need to be better quality Less starch More healthy substitutes. I think the director should care more about those here and not just sales. Almost everyone is medically compromised and I am not. They lied about that. Programs offered in the building are not challenging enough. Everything is done for the least mentally healthy people. I am obviously not happy about choice, but I don't know if other places I looked would be any better.
