I thought Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel was very nice. Everything in there was spotless. The facility was about 2 years old or so, and everything looked brand new. It was a very nice, clean environment. I also liked that they mentioned they have chef prepared meals.

I'm very satisfied with Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel for my husbands care. Was a year in April that he became a resident. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents from my observations.

I think that for this area Arbor Terrace seemed to be one the best benefits for cost that's available, and the atmosphere and staff were very bright and professional. one thing that stands out to me the most is the good attitude of the caregivers. I would recommend this community to others.

facilities were bright, fresh, modern. Staff was warm and welcoming. Our tour guide showed a genuine interest in my mothers well being and was empathetic. We loved it

Excellent all around. Only issue is the community fee. Excellent tour and very informative. Great place and willing to do what it takes to help. Not only does [name removed] know her stuff but she has one of the warmest and most engaging personalities of all on my tours thus far. And this is a major asset for this community and organization.

Arbor Terrace is beautiful! [Name removed] gave us a comprehensive tour and we really enjoyed the open atmosphere, and the building still shines like new! The rooms are sunny and spacious, food looked great and there are lots of options for each meal.

[Name removed] gave us a tour this afternoon and the facility is brand new and sparkling clean. The staff were all very friendly and residents were also very nice. The residents seemed to gel like a community. Rooms were beautiful, menu and common areas were also very nice.

I don't think they were equipped to handle post surgery patients that needed hands in care every couple/few hours They seemed very short staffed according to how long it took for aides to get to mom's room. She did not enjoy the food but I don't have first hand experience. The onsite physical therapy was helpful and quality therapists. Mom was there after release from hospital knee surgery. The facilities are very nice, the staff is doing their best but more care takers are needed per floor, the very friendly and concerned executive director suddenly left and the quality has diminished.
