Verified Renter I would not recommend that anyone live in these apartments.
Verified Renter My experience has not been great. I am in a location right by an entry door and work nights so it is loud all day. It is too hot so window has to be kept open. Heat killed my plant that was a memory from my sons funeral service which was very upsetting. Maintenance is excellent as far as time to respond, but have had had door issues that were not fixed properly
Verified Renter you have great maintenance employees who work extremely hard to keep the buildings looking clean. your office personnel is awesome. Susan and Brad are fantastic at what they do and accommodate us when they can.

Overcharged, no refunds, terrible customer service I have been overcharged by $500 on my last lease bill and went to the lease office to request a refund as I should have received a prorated bill since my lease ended on July 16th, 2018 - and not at the end of the month. Over the past two weeks I have been trying to get a confirmation they will refund me, but Christina from the leasing office, who is always very anxious to end the call, keeps asking me to contact on the following day.
