Decent Living Been here since June and it's nice. No problems, maintenance and staff are friendlier than the previous owner... Wish I could stay longer but 2 bedroom rent is too much for me.
Basic, clean, and affordable The Arbors of Glen Ellyn are great because they keep the grounds clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the maintenance is quick to respond. College of DuPage sits across the street and, being a young single female, I feel very safe with the police station so close! My dog gets to enjoy the bark park and I am center to every store imaginable. Happy to be here!
Pretty Decent The apartment is okay. You can tell they have maintenance come by everyday to clean the outside and hallway area. The only issue is some of the residents. It is right next to a community college and some of the students live in the complex. In my building, it can sometimes get loud outside at night. I guess that is what's expected with college kids. EWW The dirtiest place I have ever lived. Elevators always broke, Mold infested, paper thin walls, Very rude prop mgr's - revolving door,big package theft issue, golf balls hitting cars randomly, bed bugs, mouse poop in laundry room, Does not plow well in winter, like to go in unit for random annual inspections, screens missing in laundry room-window open allowing critters,bias against pets and literally make you pay through the nose, the will evict if they decide they do not like your pet(Check lease). Elevator Has Been Down I live in one of the arbors buildings. Our building as well as other buildings, have elevators that have been down for quite some time. For example, ours has been down for almost a year. Management tells us they have no plans for fixing it, nor even know if it will be fixed. We have contacted them numerous amounts of times. We have elderly who live on the third floor and can only get down using the tacky stairs.

Verified Renter okay if you are going to spend your time inside. Bugs and poor insulation make for noise from upstairs .
Verified Renter Management and Maintenance are always great, but you need to focus on some of these issues. Seems only positive feedback is focused, which it should, but the negative should not be ignored.
Verified Renter Make it more modern inside the apartments, interior, exterior. change the color design with painting, hallways, rugs, paint the building. as the tenant, I pay for everything heat, light, water, and trash. Arbors of Glen Ellyn don't offer any incentives.
