Great place The apartments are spacious and well laid out. Residents are all friendly. You’re right across from CoD!!! The office staff do everything they can to accommodate the residents and are available always during business hours. I never waited for longer than an hour to receive a call back. Everything is very clean and VERY SAFE! Great school district to boot!

Wonderful Property I worked with Tina and she was excellent. Answered all my questions before a lease was ever signed. She was patient, helpful and informative. The property is well kept, the designs and layouts are up to date and with the times. Great property.
Decent Living Been here since June and it's nice. No problems, maintenance and staff are friendlier than the previous owner... Wish I could stay longer but 2 bedroom rent is too much for me.
Basic, clean, and affordable The Arbors of Glen Ellyn are great because they keep the grounds clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the maintenance is quick to respond. College of DuPage sits across the street and, being a young single female, I feel very safe with the police station so close! My dog gets to enjoy the bark park and I am center to every store imaginable. Happy to be here!
Pretty Decent The apartment is okay. You can tell they have maintenance come by everyday to clean the outside and hallway area. The only issue is some of the residents. It is right next to a community college and some of the students live in the complex. In my building, it can sometimes get loud outside at night. I guess that is what's expected with college kids.
