No ridiculous down payment and it's got a ton of things to do and it's nice, neat and clean. The staff are great too. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed my visit the people were friendly and nice. The residents seemed happy as well. Would like to explore more apartment options. The studios are small by doable. Thank you again. Will call the sales people to discuss further questions I have.
I went to visit a family member at Arbour Square. She is so happy there. There's so much to do. Lots of activities to keep her busy. She doesn't drive but they have vans that can take her on trips, shopping, dining and to her doctor's appointments. The staff is so nice. It's obvious they really care for the residents.
I moved in to Arbour Square in October, from the beginning I was greeted by friendly people everywhere I went. There are lots of fun activities, you can do as much or as little as you want. I wanted to start a TGIF group, I asked if we could use common area for this. The staff told me this is your home you can do as you like, just be respectful. Our little group of 4 has grown to 12-15. Everyone looks forward to it. This is not an old folks home, this is a vibrant adult community.
I have Lived at Arbour square for almost 2 years and I am happy to say living at Arbour Square goes beyond my prayers and dreams . Living here at arbor Square gives me a strong sense of peace, and relief! I am truly respected and treated like a family member! My brother has recently become a resident of Arbour Square. I can't say enough good things. It's beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly. There are so many activities in which to be involved. There is something for everyone. It's a great place.

Nobody wants to talk about getting up in years and not being able to do all the things you did; however, the Independent Living Lifestyle is unbelievable at Arbour Square in Harleysville. There are many onsite amenities, and a variety of off site outings which Arbour Square provides transportation to it's residents. These vans frequently travel to Harleysville, Sellersville Souderton, Landsdale to provide shopping to supermarkets, Boscov's, Dollar Store, Casinos, Medical and Laboratory runs to local facilities. I visited this community with a family member and the staff and residents were so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to say hello and tell me how happy they they were to live there. I am considering a move in the future and will definitely go back to this community.

Very friendly. Lots of activities but more female based. Tough to get my dad involved but working on it. So glad we chose Arbour square
