5 in all categories, really pleased. Staff are friendly and professional, there are numerous activities, the food is great and three meals are included, the facilities is bright, clean and well maintained, the apartments are a perfect size for a single person or a couple.

I took my mom to see Arbour Square. We met with [name removed] (marketing director) and she was a very pleasant woman. She showed us around the facility, we had lunch, and we viewed an apartment that was fully furnished. It was lovely. The right amount of room, a nice little kitchen, large bathroom and decent sized bedroom and a living room/dining combination. We met some of the residents, all of whom were very friendly. This facility was quite nice and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. However, at 69 years old, I feel that I am not at the point where I need or desire this type of facility. I love to do my own cooking and would prefer an apartment with a full kitchen at this point. It would not make sense for me to rent at a place that includes meals since that cost is obviously included in the rent, making it about a $[removed]over the rent for an apartment with similar or greater square footage.

This is an absolutely a beautiful place for a family member who can no longer maintain a house on their own . The amenities are numerous and more than I found at 6 other facilities. There is no huge buy in which allowed us to get our family member in immediately rather than wait for property to be sold. The staff are caring and go above and beyond. They know the residents name. Our Mother has been happy with the staff and facility. The facility is well maintained and the social activities have been great for her.

No ridiculous down payment and it's got a ton of things to do and it's nice, neat and clean. The staff are great too. I would highly recommend.
