Let’s start off with the facility, it’s like a five star hotel. The updates of the facility look great without having impact on the residents is something you don’t find often. In the dining room they have amazing food, and so many choices for every type of palate. From the staff in the kitchen to the waitresses and waiters they go above and beyond. Living at Arbour Square is like going on an all expense paid vacation that never ends! There are numerous activities, gourmet meals and special events. It's easy living. I'm out of superlatives so why not come and visit. See it for yourself.
Good facilities with fantastic staff. Services provided fit the bill. Entertainment and activities abound. Plenty to do and good food. It feels like home. The staff exudes caring and seem to enjoy their roles here.
The staff at Arbour Square is excellent, except maybe the head man who held a community meeting and seemed to be full of himself. The housekeeping does a good job, they have a lot to do. Communication was excellent with family, staff called me to let me know my mom had fallen. The move in process was excellent, the staff went out of their way to help make my mom feel comfortable by allowing myself some extra free meals. The meals are hit and miss, mostly good. The place is immaculate, and it's clean and gorgeous. There are many activities for the residents and it's just run wonderfully. It feels like you're walking into a 5 star hotel. The decor is beautifully modern. The new outdoor space is wonderful. Every staff member, [names removed] are all wonderful and very helpful. These are my sisters opinions as well as mine. We could not be happier with her decision
It's been fine for what it is. It's a clean and pretty place. And the staff is excellent.
This was a nice community. The pricing was too high for me.
I was there were more options for weekend activities for those who do not have family and friends nearby and I wish they had a staff person to help with computer and cable problems and a person to provide advise to make sure we are aware and using the various service available to us such a having prescription's delivered. I would not recommend a community that has a buy in or required that you have a certain amount of liquid assets. I would not recommend a community where I could not age in place. This is a very nice place. The staff are very considerate, and very helpful. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. Trips to restaurants, games, bocce ball, church service, bible study, and more are some of the activities available. There is a library and movie theater on site. There is even a thrift shop on site, as well. The community has a chef meeting for the residents to provide feed back as to what they would like to see on the menus.
