My 13 year old Havanese suffered anaphylactic shock after a scorpion sting. I rushed her to the hospital and was told we only had 20 minutes to spare! They got to work on her right away, eventually got her stabilized after a plasma infusion. She was in critical condition but the staff didn't give up on her. I've brought my dog to this clinic on several occasions and the staff has always been kind, shown great compassion to both me and my dog and provided multiple options for treatment without pushing me to choose a specific option. However the highlight of my experience with AVECCC was this past week when our family dog of 13 years passed away in his sleep. We took our dog in at 10pm because her mouth was bleeding. We were so impressed with the staff and doctor, everyone was kind, caring and patient. If we ever have another emergency, we will come here for sure. Thanks for the good experience and care!

came at a busy time so we had to wait for a while... but no different that any other emergency room. the waiting area is set up so pets don't see each other which is great considering we have a big dog that likes to visit. The front desk staff were very helpful and the vet was great. we were able to get our big boy ( Sherman ) all stitched up and cleaned up for less than I expected.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. They communicated amazingly with both myself and my husband(even though I was out of town). They answered all of my million phone calls and questions. They were very up front about our dogs prognosis, which I appreciate more than I could ever express. Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to end our fur babies suffering. They did everything they could to make it less painful then it already was.
