excellent service given that it was Christmas day!!
The quality of care was excellent, but the best part of my experience was Dr. Allison Edberg. I have had a lot of caring and patient vets before, but Dr. Edberg was so good about explaining so many different things happening to my poor Henry. I never felt rushed and she was so compassionate. Thank you so very much.
Took my chiuhaha there after being attacked by a dog and they were very helpful and took very good care of my dog. The employees really care and do anything they can to make you feel at ease.

After reading most of these reviews, I thank God for the good experience we had with AZ Vet ER.......maybe they have hired different doctors and turned themselves around. We brought in a very sick cat on Sunday, Dec 3rd. He was taken in right away to get vitals and IV fluids going. Saw the doctor, Katherine Smith, DVM,DACVECC, within 20 mins. She had examined our kitty and had a detailed plan to go over with us. Since we live a fairly long distance from this facility, we stayed in the area and came back in several hours... read more
These people are amazing. We took a dog in that was very near death. The prognosis was grave. They always kept us informed and were very sensitive to the fact that care can be very expensive. The staff here are very compassionate and caring people. I took my boy Roscoe here this weekend when he was very ill and they took amazing care of him. Even though he was not able to pull through the staff made us feel cared about and reassured us that all the decisions we made were the best we could do for him.
