What a great team of people here! Dr. Reinsche saved the life of our Bulldog. She found a blockage that 4 other vets missed. The surgeon was great, also. The tech's really took great care of our Shiloh. Thank you all.
Great communication. I never felt lost about my dogs care. I knew the plan and anytime it needed to change, they let me know. I am so grateful for this animal hospital.
They are very compassionate.. they have a triage tech that evaluated immediately.. and they were so good with my Rusty (chow chow) for paralysis of hind legs.. FCE was the cause and 2 weeks post injury and he is walking and being his stubborn self! I just love how the staff and everyone handled every aspect of his stay and how compassionate they are!
Some really great staff here!! They attended to my little guy right away when he had a seizure, diarrhea and vomiting last week. I like that they have a triage vet tech that comes out and assesses the situation to help ease your mind immediately. No one likes to sit there and watch when their loved one is in pain and not know what to do to fix it. So that was a huge plus for me. The staff is amazing as well! Great place!
Just had to share a huge thanks to everyone over at the AVECCC. Think this used to be Blue Pearl. This is the emergency vet on Gilbert and Juniper. They were so wonderful taking care of our boy yesterday. We were able to bring him home later in the day after some amazing care from their team. Dr. Halterman was wonderful as was Tom the CVT and Stacy at the front desk. I love this animal hospital! About 6 weeks ago my puppy, Abby, was attacked by another dog and her eye was popped out of the socket. We took her to Az Veterinary Emergency immediately, and they were absolutely awesome! They got us in right away, they put her eye back in the socket and sewed the eye lids together while the eye healed. I am thrilled to say that as of today, Abby has made a FULL and COMPLETE recovery!
