I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. They communicated amazingly with both myself and my husband(even though I was out of town). They answered all of my million phone calls and questions. They were very up front about our dogs prognosis, which I appreciate more than I could ever express. We were seen quickly and service was great. Took two hours from start to finish, the hold up was receiving the pain meds for my dog’s ailment that alone took 40 mins. It was just okay but I do feel that I paid too much for what was done.

Best Emergency Vet care! The staff is more attentive than any I have ever experienced. Better care than human emergency centers. My little dog was treated like a King. They immediately took him back, diagnosed, and called us in to thoroughly explain what was going on with him. The fees were much less than expected.

Our precious Frankie died at home on a Sunday morning. I called and we took Frankie to them to be cremated. Everyone was so very kind as we were devastated and took our beloved Frankie from us. Several days later we picked Frankie up and he was in a beautiful box with a paw print for us to keep and remember him by. These people are wonderful and caring!

I brought my little Yorky Chips , 7 years old because he felt down from my arms and had his patella luxation .It happened a Sunday we didn't wait a lotted everybody was kind with him .No hospital stay was needed we could leave the AVECCC with all the explanations about the the medications and follow up .

I was very upset about my dog Muffin when I first called and they were very patient with me because I had a hard time telling them what the porblem was. They told me to come right over and when I entered the clinic, they asked if I was Ginger and they helped me right away. I felt very confident that they were going to take good care of my dog and they did. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable about Muffin's care.
