Make sure that everyone one involves communicates clearly and concisely. I thought I had communicated clearly that we wanted/needed the seller to pay part of the closing costs, but apparently that was not what was relayed to the seller. I will say that Tim's knowledge of the area was very well received and he listened to the things that were important to us. He could tell from my husbands reactions when we actually found the "right" home for us.
Patient and informed. These are the two most important qualities you can have in an agent and Enrique has these in spades. As first-time house buyers, we had to google the word "mortgage" before we started this process.
