He helped us sell our home that same weekend it went on the market with multiple offers and more than asking price because he knew how to sell it to buyers and their agents. One of my favorite parts of working with Tim was his willingness to help us throughout the entire process. Towards the end of the process, we were notified of a last minute inspection that was required on our Septic system. Tim coordinated the inspection for us, the repairs, and everything. All we did was paid the invoice. This was extremely helpful, as we were already swamped with a ton of moving activities. Tim was personable, responsive, and a true joy to work with. He was never too busy for us!!
Enrique was absolutely phenomenal as our real estate agent.
