Although I had not read any reviews, nor had I had any recommendations, I sold my old house and bought my new one with Enrique, who I met on Zillow. I met Mr. Gavito while selling my house. Since he is fluent in Spanish, he made my experience tremendously smooth and actually enjoyable. We were so excited about getting our first home that my wife an I were going to let the seller charge us for stuff he said would be included. She gave me a call and said I should give her a chance to get a better deal and she did. Without that phone call we would be paying thousands extra. She didn't have to make the call but we are so happy she did.
Summer is so amazing I would never have been able to navigate through a first time home buying process without her help! She's so sweet, patient, never forceful, very responsive, and kind. She's not a realtor, she's basically your partner in the whole process. She looks out for YOUR best interest and gives sincere advice.
