I appreciate this clinic even more because I went to the ER the night before for 4 hours and finally just left. Ashley, the Team Lead, is a true expert and she knows about all the important elements of care. She helped me register, was training a new staff member, took my x-rays, and gave me good instructions for healing my sprained finger. I wish Nurse Annette the best and Dr. John was concise. I have been here on several occasions for urgent care including after a cat scratched my eye (corneal abrasion) and there was no way I could drive to my eye doctor. I've been fortunate to always be seen quickly. The male doctor and the nurses who have treated me are all very nice and professional. I went for a COVID test last week & was in & out in 20 mins total (fortunately it was a negative test result). I've been here a few times, once last year and twice for a covid test. What I've dealt with at the front desk has always felt more complicated than it should be, including the time I visited before the pandemic. Not too bad though- it's one of the better urgent care type places I have been. And the doctors here are so great that I am happy to keep coming back. There's a male doctor here who has been fantastic to me, once for a problem with my eye and also for the two covid tests. Thanks, doctor! You rock.

I turned to Urgent Team after a pretty miserable experience elsewhere and they saved the day. I made an appointment and was seen quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting me back to full speed. Will be back if I'm feeling under the weather again.

I arrived around 1201 and was greeted immediately upon entering the facility. I was in the area and just needed a quick look as I was in experiencing a head/chest cold systems. After completing some paperwork I was seen with in a few minutes. Everyone I came in contact was absolutely friendly and easy to interact with during my very first visit. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick friendly service and a first class atmosphere. Thank you for taking care of me today and I will be back!

I am so happy that this place opened in East Nashville! Very convenient location and fast service. The receptionist was very pleasant and the waiting room was clean with only one other person in front of me. Quick service with attention to detail to get me in/out. They called in my prescription before I even walked out the door. Will definitely recommend and be back for the next case of the sniffles!

0 stars. I set an appointment for 5:15pm, did all the paperwork and waited. After 2 hours I'm told my appointment has been canceled and they will not be seeing me today. When I asked why I can't be seen they responded with "It's too busy. There's nothing I can do about it. Go somewhere else or come back tomorrow". Last time I was here was horrible care and I regret giving it a second chance. I would never recommend this place. Save yourself the 2-3 hours and take your chances elsewhere.

Worst place almost ever! Spent a fortune and doctor spent 5 minutes looking at my husband and supposedly sent 4 prescriptions to our pharmacy. But our pharmacy only had 2 so we called this wonderful place to find out why and they kept talking about controlled substance cough syrup and on and on. I finally got on the phone because my husband can barely talk due to being profusely sick and this awful woman I spoke to had the nerve to give me an attitude that she sent the prescriptions at 11 am and to check with the pharmacist.... read more

I walked and the receptionist was enjoying her breakfast, she told me that they had one person in the office and I'd need to go online and make an appointment. I went out to the car and made one for fifteen minutes later. They require prepayment but what can you do when you're sick and likely need antibiotics to get over the flu.
