If you'd like to have a picture about their level of service to the public, imagine this happening to you: You have an emergency ten minutes before they close, frantically calling to let them know you're on the way. You rush to get there, two minutes after they close, only to watch the nurse driving away. I woke up this morning with my left eye in excruciating pain and I could barely open it. In a panic I call this office hoping to get some clear direction on if I should go ahead and come there, go to a eye doctor, or go to the emergency room. I would not recommend this place due to their predatory collections policies. I signed a statement authorizing my HSA card on file to be charged for my balance within 2 weeks after my visit, which I thought would happen after my first statement stating as such. When my second statement arrived I figured things may have been delayed and perhaps my payment had been processed but not reflected because there was nothing stating the card was declined. The women at the front desk was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. If you would like good service, look elsewhere. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very nice, helpful, and accommodating.
