I went to this facility late at night for some very serious medical issues as I can't afford a 7-10k ER bill right now. I went to the facility and the nurse and doctor were great, and gave me meds and I felt better for a few days. I recently moved here from out of state and have been unable to find a new primary care provider due to demand. So I scheduled a telemedicine visit to get a prescription refilled here only to be told during it that I would need to come in person. So I drove to the clinic and was then told that the doctor was "not comfortable filling my prescription", and that I should call the next day and see if the Dr. on staff that day would fill it. Debbie at the front desk is truly awful. When I walked in, she had no mask on. I was there to pick up the results of my COVID test as I live down the street and my attempts to return missed calls always go to hold or voicemail, so why bother? This was the first debate she initiated. Her: "Did someone discuss your results with you?" Me: "I got a phone call that my results were in." Her: "So you know what your result is?" Billing nightmare. Billed my insurance incorrectly. Their Patient Financial Service department is difficult for patient and insurance representatives to deal with. They sent my bill to collections, and months after service, I am still trying to resolve this issue. I Strongly Do Not Recommend..

I'm 33 years old, and this is the first review I have ever written. If I can give this clinic zero stars I would. I booked a COVID test on the morning of Sunday, Feb 21st. The test was scheduled for Monday, February 22nd at 7:15pm. This was the last appointment slot available, and the only one I could choose based on my work schedule. Wildly misleading info about their testing practices. They advertise "rapid" testing on their website and out front. I made an appointment for a test, but after waiting over 2hours and 20 min I was told they would not be administering a rapid test. Do not go here to get a rapid test. They are not straightforward, and their protocols are downright misleading.

Even giving 1 star seems generous for this establishment. After making an appointment online for a rapid COVID test, and after completing all the paperwork online, I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment at 11:28am. Showed up at 11:10am to be safe. I called to let them know I was in the parking lot (which they instructed me to do) I was told to wait in the parking and they would call when they were ready. I scheduled an appointment for a rapid COVID test (they advertise all over that they offer rapid tests) due to recent exposure. I arrived fifteen minutes early though I had already provided all necessary information. The receptionist, Lynn, was initially very kind. All she did was check my temperature, ask for my credit card, and tell me to wait in my car. Scheduled a rapid test for covid since I was recently exposed 48+ hours ago. Waited in the parking lot for over an hour to find out I wouldn't be getting the rapid but the regular test since I wasn't having symptoms. Receptionist argued that she told me it was up to the provider...she did not.
