I had opened my sons savings account through phone and email and it was a smooth transition. I was able to stop into the branch and they gave me a bag of goodies for my son! That was a nice surprise. Whenever I go and do any transaction they are always very polite! Thank you

I stopped in to withdraw cash for a lawn tractor purchase. Your teller was quite pleasant and even laughed at my bad joke. I have most often had pleasant experiences with the staff at Ascentra.
