I contact Ascentra before the pandemic and inquire about 1st time home buyer. I was informed that Ascentra does not participate in 1st time home buyer assistance. Fast forward post pandemic, I’m talking with people who have gotten their first home through Ascentra and through a 1st time home buyer assistance. So I’m not really sure what’s going on with Ascentra.
Each ascentra branch I've visited since opening my account has been a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous, and when the lines are long they don't hesitate to jump into action to assist one another and get the lines moving again. Please continue smiling, and providing quality service.
