I was ignored for 30 minutes in an empty store. The two girls working completely ignored me standing in the middle of the store. FOR 30 MINUTES! I walked across the mall to Kay's Jewelers and spent $1,000 on my purchase. Your loss. Date June 20th. Time 11:00 am. You have security cameras. Check it out for yourselves.
BUYER BEWARE: Last December I had my engagement ring cleaned at ASHCROFT and OAK. They noticed that the setting was bent and asked if we wanted them to replace it. We said yes, cost $212. We picked it up on January 12. February 22 (that's 41 days) Scott noticed my diamond was gone. Today we were told that their corporate office had determined that it was "wear and tear" so they would not be covering the lost diamond. was denied a warranty after being told we would get one. had my ring for 4 days and a diamond fell out and they refused to do anything for us about it. went else where to get a ring and found out the ring they gave me that they told me was a size 7, was a 7.5. poor customer service.
