I was just browsing. Gentlemen, working there asked me what I was looking for. I didn't know what I was looking for. I was looking for something for my sweetie, but I had nothing in mind. Let me do a good section show showed me some options. Made sure it fit in my budget. I'm delighted. I think I have a fabulous valentines gift. I think, my sweetie's gonna love it. INCREDIBLE service! John was honestly the best, and his staff are equally incredible. Very personable & reasonable. I recently needed to replace my wedding ring. I wanted one that matched my husband's band. We visited every store in the mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, OH, including the store where we purchased his ring without finding anything suitable. I walked in not knowing what I was getting or how I was going to get it. Immediately I was helped and given many different options, with patience and understanding. The people at Ashcroft & Oak were amazing! They were such a great help with getting exactly what we wanted without being pushy at all. Debbie was such a pleasure to work with. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I received my ring by a certain deadline. I do not normally go shopping for jewelry, but yesterday was my very first time. Ashcroft & Oak, just stuck out to me. I went in and was greeted with the most welcoming smiles from Clarissa and Brittany. Clarissa was super excited to help find the perfect diamond earrings for my boyfriend! We bought an expensive watch from Ashcroft and had some issues with it. The store manager (Brittany) was SUPERB in helping us work through this problem and we were very satisfied. We would definitely return to future items. Nice people.
The other day I visited this location and one of your sales associate jessika asked me what I was looking for I told I was not interested in buying anything on that particular day but as I walked over to the mens bracelets before I could say anything she pointed out a perfect bracelet that matched my cross I was surprised by how persuasive she was and the level of customer service skill was outstanding and phenomenal and I was so impressed i had to write a review on her and your store and needless to say I was very impressed... read more
