We have gone through Ashcroft and Oak since 2010. They used to have wonderful costumer service, however, not in the last 2 years. Their employees are incredibly rude, they are not helpful, they do not follow through on their word. The last time that I was in for service to my rings, I left and returned 5 minutes later and walked in on them talking about me. When I contacted headquarters, they referred me to the district manager who was not helpful and whose demeanor was smug and rude as well. I would not recommend using them... read more

I too had a horrible experience with this location. I purchased a ring in May 2010. It took two months to get it sized and after less than 4 weeks the diamonds started to fall out. I returned the ring and was told I could not get my money back, but would need to purchase another ring. Why would I want to purchase another ring? I wanted that ring or none. We had purchased an engagement ring from the Ashcroft & Oak store in Beavercreek, Ohio. The sales person promised it would take "no longer then 4 weeks to arrive". One day after the promised delivery date my girlfriend called the store and was informed that the wrong ring had arrived 2 weeks prior and was shipped back. The new date was now an additional 4 weeks. After complaining that that was not what we were promised she was told "it's not a big deal it's only 4 weeks .Why is it a problem, did you need it for something?" ... read more
