After losing the diamond in my engagement ring I started shopping for a replacement. I had never been to A&O but after this experience I have a new Jeweler! Brad was amazing! After a few minutes of chatting he found the most perfect ring that fit my taste. After explaining the diamond protection plan I was sold. Thank you Brad for turning my sad loss into a sparkly win!

Let me start off by saying Brad Ferguson someone whom use to greet me everyday while i worked retail in the mall. He didn't try to sale me anything just genuinely sweet. My future husband and I came in looking for a wedding band. My fiance was very specific, though what he wanted was well out of our budget. I've got two words for you when you get married ( and no..it's not "I Do"). It's Brad Ferguson at Ashcroft&Oak. The staff at this jewelry store have been extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. Will def go back. Ana was great in supporting us after our purchase with insurance information we needed to get for the ring. We have been extremely satisfied with this store!!! Thank you so much!!!!
