Our favorite jewelry store, they treat us like old friends whenever we get in there. We've gotten our engagement ring, wedding rings and various sets of earrings, bracelets and watches. They have a huge assortment and are willing to go out of the way to get you what you want/need. They also have a great upgrade program with engagement rings. Definitely recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for a great lifelong piece.

I went in just to look around and Angela Champagne took the time to show me what seemed like hundreds of rings. she was very patient and upfront with me. I ended up buying an entire new wedding set. I couldn't be happier, this is an amazing store with excellent employees, thank you Angela!

I needed to have my grandmother's rings resized to fit me. They mean the world to me since she has passed on and they were amazing with them! They could tell I was genuinely freaked out at the thought of having to leave them there for an entire week. They moved some stuff around and I was able to get them the next day. I am so thankful to Ashcroft & Oak my rings came back beautifully polished and the perfect size. I would recommend them to everyone!

My fiance bought my engagement there from Britnee. W and she is absolutely amazing. I have been back several times for minor repairs and cleaning she's always on top of things making our experience great! We wont go anywhere else. Thank you Britnee and your team.

This store is amazing, bought a Movado watch and diamond earring for my husband. Jeffery gave me a great deal came back on are anniversary my husband bought me a blue diamond ring couldn't have got a better deal a anywhere else. A big THANK YOU to the Ashcroft family I promise I will tell everyone!!

Bought my 10th anniversary ring there about 2 years ago. Because it was sterling silver, I kept having to send it back for repair due to the stones falling out. I was very frustrated. The Asst. Manager Brittnee was like you can exchange it since I had the protection plan. I was like really? I thought I was either going to have a ring I couldn't wear or keep sending it back! Needless to say, I am very pleased with the customer service.

Their customer service is great, Ronnie the manager, is so helpful and they aren't pushy at all!! They just want you to leave happy and will work with you to get what you want.

Is there a hell to the no I would recommend option? Y'all, I'm over it. When I got my rings we bought the BEST protection plan so we would NEVER have to pay for anything. Well a year later they apparently switched to a new warranty thing and we had to send my ring off for 6-8 weeks EVERY TIME it needed something done, unless I pay out of pocket FULL price. Well corporate says they should have fixed it in house with NO extra charge. Anyway, I dropped my ring off on Wednesday to be soldered together. I paid $79, which was... read more
