This store is amazing, I was able to get a beautiful custom made ring exactly how I wanted and through every step they made it easy and a pleasure.The store manager Brittney is absolutely spectacular she truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the store happy. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

They are absolutely amazing. They do literally everything in their power to get you exactly what you want or need. I had my center stone fall out of my wedding ring and after home office taking forever to get it back i was pretty upset. But Jasmine kept on them and kept me updated when ever she heard something. They made sure to constantly contact the other office till they got a response. I just can't sing their praise enough. They want you to leave happy and never push for you to buy. The only place I will go!

Worst place ever they have horrible customer service all they want is your money. Go to Zales they treat you like an actual human being. My husband and I will never buy jewelry here again.

For Christmas, my husband got me an opal ring. I've been eyeing them for years, and he knew how much it would mean to me. We typically do not do our jewelry shopping at Ashcroft and Oak, but they had the largest selection when he went to buy. The ring he picked out is GORGEOUS. He told the saleswoman what size he would need and she suggested gifting the ring and then returning for a resize. For anyone considering going with Ashcroft and Oak I would reconsider if I was u! It took from November 11th to 2 days before Christmas and when I got it it was supposed to be together already and a size 4 but when I got it it was a 3.5 and they werent all together so I dropped it back off and just picked it up today and now the rings look totally different and they didnt put them together like I wanted! My husband ordered me a ring for my 15 year anniversary. I have a very small finger so the manager advised him to have it made in my size instead of sizing one down because it had a lot of small diamonds in it and they would probably fall out. So the ring took 6 weeks to be done. I wore it for about 2 weeks and noticed a few diamonds had fallen out so I took it in to be repaired. Here I am a few weeks later and more have fallen out. We had fantastic customer service.... right up until we swiped our debit card. Since we put our down payment, we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to get my ring. Ok. understandable. Since then, we've checked back several times to see if it had arrived... each time, no one offered to check. All we got was a "we'll call you when we get it".
