If I could give 0 stars I would. This family owned store is sneaky and untrained. About 7 months ago my fiance and I ordered, in person, a few gemstones to be delivered to the store so we could see them before purchasing. 2 weeks went by without any update, so we stopped in and they told us they had not heard anything yet. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Not even 3 months after receiving my diamond ring from this jewelry store the center stone fell out. Pretty ridiculous considering I'm not hard on my hands at all. What really ruined this place was how difficult it was to get my ring fixed. I moved out of state and the process was a complete nightmare. They kept telling me they were going to send me a prepaid shipping label with a box to send it in with paperwork.
