An outstanding choice for senior living.
[Name removed] talked so softly I had to turn up my volume. One woman was playing a lively recital on the piano and he said four women like to play the piano there. The noise level was uncomfortable to the point I'm not sure about living there. It was spartan atmosphere otherwise because of Covid 19 I suppose. I like the idea of a balcony apt. With home health cost added to rent it compares in price to The Lexington which has more to offer.
One bedroom apt.Was nice but too small for two people. NO medical care except what you hire. You wear a medical alert beeper. When money runs out you go to nursing home.

My mother really likes it here. No steps, no stress. Very clean. Meals are not fancy, but wholesome. She wishes the activities would be a little more diverse. She says they either do music or cards and not much more. Otherwise she is very content.
My mother lived at Brentwood Estates for just under a year. I was on a first name basis with nearly all the staff. They made not only my mother but her family feel welcome. Management had an open door policy and always made sure our questions and or concerns were promptly addressed. Open seating at mealtime in the dining room and daily activity opportunities helped her get acquainted with staff and other residents easily and quickly. Very nice staff and residents appeared very happy. Rooms are a little plain and activities were a little limited.
I was very interested in touring this site. But the tour director was not very much into his job.
