The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The facility was upgraded recently and improvements were well done. However, the heat and air was a through the wall unit found in some motels. There was no kitchen or cooking in the rooms. The local area was in an improvised area and the facility itself was probably 40 plus years old. The biggest plus was the rental price. I have trouble getting in and out of the parking lot sometimes, especially when it get's crowded. It seems like the spaces are small. Our aunt is happy there, except she was promised a fix clearing her windows up that are foggy in between the panes and hard to see out of, but it's not happened. But it's been a general good experience
The facility is lovely and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect for individuals who need a little extra help and can still drive. We enjoyed the tour and this facility is definitely on our short list.
We recommend the staff with just a few tweaks to some experiences. Maybe an option to add for those who care to have a little more flavor in food. Provided seasoning packets at their risk, but our loved one likes the apartment and the people there.
I would recommend. Price point and quality factors is why we chose this community.
My experience with Asher Point has overall been pleasant. There were. a few hiccups, when there was a change in management but overall I don't have any major complaints. Care has been good, they provide regular weekly cleaning of my mom's space & 3 meals per day. They make sure to keep residents engaged with daily activities & all the staff members know everyone by name. I would recommend them to families looking for senior living facilities.
The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The residents are also very friendly. The facility has all of the amid you could ask for.
The facility is very pretty. The parking lot should be a little larger. The staff are nice and helpful. It is good to know this is independent living, so the residents are pretty self sufficient.
The service in the cafeteria is slow.
