My tour started with a brief meeting with the, Executive Director of Asher Point. He made me feel comfortable and asked a few questions about why and for what I was looking. Then the Sales and Marketing Director joined us and the actual tour commenced. She was super. She showed me both various studio apartment layouts and one bedroom layouts. Everyone seems so nice. She has only been there a couple weeks. The food she says is good. She has made friends. She is doing well. Room is great. Nice size it fit everything she wanted even though I was unsure lol. So far I think we made a great choice.
I was offered a big discount on my rent due to the renovation that is ongoing. I’ve only been here a week but the staff is extremely helpful and continue to help me with anything they can. The food is hit and miss but you can order from an alternate menu that offers everything from a chef’s salad and hamburgers to chili cheese dogs and stuffed potatoes. I don’t have to pay for bills as it is all included, even cable tv. So far, so good and I’m settling in nicely.
The staff is great! But their billing process leaves much to be desired. Ownership change and too many changes. But the staff were wonderful.

The room/facility was clean and the staff was nice. They did not always knock when entering the rooms, sometimes just walk right in. If you were a few minutes behind getting to the dining room for food, you basically would get whatever is left instead of what was being offered to everyone else. My dad's shower was overflowing and the solution was for him to use another resident's shower after waiting a couple of weeks to get it fixed. Everyone i have met that works at Asher Point is friendly and personable. They have always taken the time for answering any questions I have had. I love that his meals are included with his rent. Their food is delicious and prepared by professional chefs!
Love the friendly staff, and the convenience of living here. The housekeeping staff is friendly and very courteous. Meals are decent, I would prefer that the food be hotter. Also that the transportation would be more convenient.
It is top notch in every category, I could not be more pleased. It is an excellent place to be. [name removed] is the manager and he has been totally accessible he even took time to help me with a printing issue.
All 8 categories would be a 5. We had a wonderful experience ! Mom is passed on now. However, she loved her home in Tulsa. Food a 4 and that's because she owned a restaurant at one time and was a caterer so she's very particular about good homecooked food. Moms apartment was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this assisted living center.
