We loved Holiday Lakeshore Estates, especially [name removed]. I would recommend them to everyone I know. In fact, my husband and I are planning on moving there one day when we retire. It's a very friendly and comfortable community. Our family member was only there a week before she died, but she loved that week.

We were happy with everything at this facility. Communication with the family was great. One staff member in particular was amazing. The Resident Ambassador program was amazing and very helpful for my loved one. Housekeeping was once a week and it was very good. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. After my loved one passed, the finance part was a challenge, but we got it worked out. My loved one is happy but there is a lot of disorganization. They are happy with their neighbors. We pickeded because, I got a really good feeling when I visited ,and they were very friendly. There has been a change in ownership and things that were promised, but were not included such as hardwood floors, so it was carpet instead. They are trying to include more activites which is great . Overall, I would not recommend this community to other families.

I have to say that my cousin was mentally challenged & all the residents & employees were very nice & gracious to him during the very short time he lived there. It is a nice independent living center. One thing to be aware of though, is to read everything before you sign & have someone read it also before signing to make sure you understand everything. If you're considering independent living for your loved one or if you're uncertain about it in general, give Lakeshore Estates a chance. It's really a pleasant surprise. The whole process has been fantastic. The staff are all very nice and very professional, and they've answered any questions I've had. My dad seems to be loving it there, and it is exactly what we were looking for for him. It's always clean when I come to visit. And he loves the food.
So far we have not been here very long but I would recommend this community. The staff that I have interacted with have been good. The community is currently under construction and due to this the activity room is currently shut down for remodeling.
Hurry up and move in! This place is great. I think everything is great. Other than a slight problem with the food, this place is outstanding.
Staff problems and food problems. Management is working on resolutions little late but better.
I like it fairly well but didn't like taking so long for food to be served and delay in cleaning our apartment.
