Unfortunately, since the advent of the Covid-19, this places seems to operate at operation chasos 24/7 - to not make any mistakes [according to corp.] - so as not to lose their management jobs here at Lakeshore Estates. Now we are all working very diligently to get back to some reasonable level of normal. However, corporate keeps stepping in the way.

With Covid things have been too smooth. It is a convenient place to live. The dining has some things to overcome and housekeeping is off and on. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There are a lot of problems. Rooms are not being cleaned, the food has been terrible. Things have seemed to be improving in the last 2-3 weeks

I wish I had known that there is a bigger variety of rooms than I was given a chance to look at before my family member moved in. So ask questions about every room plan they offer. We were told his was right by the elevator, but it's halfway down the hall, which I was concerned about due to mobility issues. When we first went, they had so many scooters and chairs in the hall so I was concerned about him getting around. That has gotten better since he moved in. The staff are okay overall. We chose Lakeshore Estates because they were allowing family in right from the beginning after he quarantined for 14 days. He is able to come and go as he pleases which is nice. They have a lot of amenities and are taking meals to the rooms. Overall I was very pleased with the admission process and everything else, it all went very smoothly. I would absolutely recommend.
You should move here it is nice. The food is alright. The activities are okay. The cleanliness stands out to me.
We really like Lakeshore Estates so far. The community is providing everything my loved one needs. The staff is responsive to questions or concerns about my loved one.
I appreciate all I get from the staff!!
