Lakeshore Estates is a great place for my dad because they offer cottages apart from the main building. That makes him feel a little bit more independent. Many staff are great. [name removed] is excellent and caring as is [name removed]. Thank you, [name removed]?, for phoning with updates to the situation. I really appreciate it. My only complaint about Lakeshore Estates is the way they serve meals. Some meals I’ve had with my dad have taken two hours. The staff is so helpful especially during these times. They help keep my Mom with everything she needs and is very supportive of her. A lovely staff!
I have lived here two years and have enjoyed my time here at Lakeshore Estates. I appreciate the activities and friends I have made here. The staff has been very helpful to all of us. We do have a life alert chain we use, always if we need any medical attention we press our button and someone is here.

The management is very helpful. The residents are very friendly. The whole staff is competent. The building is kept clean at all times. Maintenance problems are taken care of right away. I feel safe living here. Since I lived in San Diego California,45 years, I am always happy when we get some good fish to eat.
A nice place to live, food could be better. The help is good.
I don't believe that I have ever lived in a place such as this in all of my nearly 80 years before! I lived all of my years, before seventeen - when I married my first husband, In "Boarding Homes". Not one of them was anything akin to 'Lakeshore'. In them, rules applied to each and every resident, the room prices didn't go up at ridiculous increments, and the food was not the lowest priority on the monthly list. Our staff is both professional and personal. They care about us and want us to feel at home, and they do their best to answer our concerns. Their performance during the pandemic has been totally dedicated to our needs. The food needs a great deal of help!
