Kristin was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in presenting several options but at no point was she pushy or aggressive. As a senior citizen, this made me comfortable and confident in the selection I made. She was thorough and patient in explaining the warranty policies.

Had a good experience with both Victoria and Shirley. Both extremely friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. Victoria was patient with me as I was deciding what furniture would work for me and Shirley went out of her way to handle the financial side of the purchase. Extremely pleasant women and even got a few laughs in!! I would recommend Ashley because of their customer service and attention to detail that stands out compared to other stores. I was looking for bar stools and was assisted by Richard Berdy. After answering my questions and I asked about an extendable DR table that Richard showed me the features and measurements. I bought the chairs and went home and measured for the table. I was able to contact Richard by phone and he was around add the table to the order. Richard is truly an asset to your sales team. He is awesome!
