Tim Secreto was a wonderful salesman, patient, professional, helpful and understanding. Wall hangings arrived quickly. Tables were delayed a week but wasn’t a big deal as they kept me informed. Overall shopping with Ashley was a positive experience.

I absolutely hate furniture shopping! Most of the time it’s like dealing with a used car salesman. However, Nathaniel Ferrick at the McKnight Rd location made our experience easy, fun & relaxing! We will definitely shop more often at this store strictly because of Nate. This was a smaller purchase and he made us fell like we had spent a fortune. He was just as attentive as if we had. Because of that we will go out of our way to buy the rest of what we need from him even if we have to pay a little more. One in a million!
