Kristin was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in presenting several options but at no point was she pushy or aggressive. As a senior citizen, this made me comfortable and confident in the selection I made. She was thorough and patient in explaining the warranty policies.

Had a good experience with both Victoria and Shirley. Both extremely friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. Victoria was patient with me as I was deciding what furniture would work for me and Shirley went out of her way to handle the financial side of the purchase. Extremely pleasant women and even got a few laughs in!! I would recommend Ashley because of their customer service and attention to detail that stands out compared to other stores.
