I live 150 miles from Ashwood Care Home so can only visit my aunt about every 5 weeks but, because of my first-hand experience of the care and love she receives, I am reassured that this 110-year-old lady is in the best possible hands. When we visit, always unannounced, we are struck by the friendliness and patience of the staff, the dignity shown to all residents and the total absence of any of aromas that can sometimes be associated with care homes. All the staff are friendly and helpful and they made my father feel at home. His condition has improved as well as his illness allows. I am grateful for the care shown to him.

Following my wife's emergency admission I subsequently found the service excellent and staff easy to liaise with. All carers dedicated, helpful and pleasant. I would hope that if respite or permanent admission required Ashwood Nursing Home would be available.

In all respects, Ashwood's care of my wife has been and continues to be, exemplary. When visiting I am always made welcome and the staff at all levels are friendly and helpful.

I visit most of the Care Homes in Spalding in a professional capacity and there is no doubt in my mind that Ashwood offers and provides a service to the highest level of satisfaction.
