I live in the Jackson Area however, the Aspen Dental in Adrian was far more than worth the drive. I was having severe pain on the left side of my mouth for a very long time. I was seen at the Center for Family Health Dentistry for a Emergency appointment in Jackson and I was told that any work that needed to be done to my teeth would not be able to be done until a month and a half from now. How is that considered Emergency Dentistry????The pain continued to get worse. It was...
See More so severe I missed work. So on a Friday afternoon I google searched emergency dentistry and I came across Aspen Dental in Adrian. I called them and not only did they get me an appointment, it was made for the very next morning on a SATURDAY. I went into the office and every single person there treated me with great care and concern. I had x rays taken and then spoke with the dentist. Doctor Ramy Attalla was amazing. Not only did he tell me what was causing my pain he showed me on the x rays exactly what was happening and needed to be done so I could finally be pain free. What was happening was that my wisdom teeth were growing in sideways and had impacted my molars that were next to them. He explained that because of the severity I would have to have my wisdom teeth as well as the top and bottom molars next to them removed. I believed that because I was going to have 4 teeth removed I would have to schedule another appointment and suffer with my intense pain until I could come back. That was NOT the case. Dr. Attalla removed them the very same day. He was very kind and caring during the procedure. He explained what he was doing through the entire procedure and asked me often if I was feeling any pain because he said " I am not here to hurt you, only to make you better." After the procedure was complete I was also told I would need to have a partial on that side of my mouth so I would not damage any of my other teeth. I went and spoke with a very nice woman who explained the costs and the cheapest options if I did not have insurance. She didn't try to sell me on the most expensive options just for their own profit. Thankfully I do have dental insurance and my procedure and partial are both covered. I have never written a review for a business but, I will tell you that this place most definitely deserves a great review. THANK YOU Aspen dental in Adrian for restoring my faith in the dental industry. You are all amazing and you will now be my permanent Dental Office!
