The dentists were both friendly and professional, they were excellent. However the one receptionist who I knew from Family Medical dental clinic was another story. She told me when I first went in that I would not be seen by a dentist for a week even though she knew nothing other that I was in pain. Luckily I was seen the next day. I was extremely disappoionted with aspen dental. I went in with a terrible toothache, nearly in tears. After extensive xrays,and a preliminary exam, i was told i needed several procedures that would cost me nearly $2000 out of pocket! When i said i just wanted the one tooth taken care of for now i was given a Rx for an antibiotic and told to come back in a week! The dentist told me the affected tooth was loose...it isn't. If I could put a zero, I would! These people are crooks and playing all of their customers. My fiancé went in for a root canal and filing today. We get there and they refuse to do anything until the root canal is done (which was never brought up in two prior meetings). They quoted him 1300 dollars with his insurance and being an in-network. The 1300 included a root canal, reconstruction of the tooth and a crown! Holy crap! We walked out to talk about the decision, I am from a small town and immediately flipped! I will not come back to this location again. I have always, always accompanied my children through out any procedures they have ever had done. I was not permitted back with my son when having and extraction and filling. The assistant who called my son back was beyond rude, if I had known this prior I would have cancelled and gone to another dentist. Not to mention being in the office for ever on our first visit and an excessive wait with Bronson in his office, feeling like I'm applying for a car loan.

I didnt hace a very good experience, they rushed to do the impessions, rushed everything actually, the Dr. Didnt act like he even wanted bothered with any questions. There only interested in sales, $4,000 later my teeth still arent right

I was having terrible tooth pain and don't get much time off of work and they got me in the same day to pull my wisdom tooth.

Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
