Made a appointment 1 week prior, they made a copy of my insurance card, updated my info. Come in on the appointment day, wait 25 minutes while the staff I eating donuts and talking at the front counter. Only to find out that the same receptionist needs another copy of my card. So 25 minutes I waited for her to do her job a 2nd time.When I told her she already made had a copy, she said I was rude. These people are unprofessional, disorganized and rude. I had a severe toothache over the weekend. I called the after hours emergency number three times. The on call dentist never called back. I ended up in urgent care for the pain and to get antibiotics. I was seen 6 months ago for full X-rays and a cleaning. Was told all was well and my teeth looked good. I had one small cavity that was filled right away. RecommendedThis is the best dental office ever!! I don't like going to the dentist at all and always have anxiety when I have to go. These people are amazing from the front office to the back! They are very compassionate and professional! A big Thank you to each and everyone of you for being amazing at what you do and making me feel relaxed and special!!
Although kind of pricey the dentist there was a pro! He had my bad tooth out in less than 5 minutes after my jaw was all numbed up. Big step up from my last visit when a different dentist took almost an hour. I'll be going back to get the rest of my work done here. It's a chain not a private practice so you have to expect higher prices, but the service was stellar.
The most incompetent office staff ever. They can't even keep appointments straight. Twice now they have screwed up my son's name. Keeping him from the dentist. And if you call with a issue, they just hang up on you. Jenn needs to be fired asap. He waited 3months to get in. Now has to wait another 3months to see another dentist
I broke a tooth and went to Aspen Dental. They told me I needed 2 teeth extracted because they were completely dead and that I had 14 cavities. I ended up going to U of M dental school because I was looking at such a large bill. Turns out I only need 1 root canal, and 3 fillings.... quite the difference! This place is a scam! Don’t go there! Always get a second opinion!
New manger. If you are dealing with the public you must have some kind of customer service skills. Not this lady. One of the worse ive seen in my more then 50 years....... Sad part is the people that work here seem very good the Dentist was great and hygienist was great.
I went there only because my dentist is closed on Friday, and I had an emergency. It was like a horror story - I wasn't numb, and I told the dentist and assistant several times (cried is more like it) that I could feel it all. He wouldn't stop. To top it off, at home after the bleeding stopped, I looked, and he hadn't even taken out the whole tooth! I still have part of it - roots and all - in my mouth!!! Got an emergency? Suck up the pain until you can get into a REAL dentist!!!!
