I seriously hope I never have to go back. They did some work on my son and he had to have a spacer. It's come out twice. Now he's on his third one. Said the 2nd and 3rd would be covered because of them falling out but they billed my insurance company for the second one anyway "in error". I caught it and now they have to do a correction. Let's hope they don't bill the third spacer too or I'm coming unglued & reporting them. The hygentists are nice. The dentist himself not so much. Had a appointment at 11:45 never seen anybody for about a hour to tell me what was going on. Waited for the Dr to come he came in at about 2:00. Talked to me for about 10 minutes poked at a couple of my teeth. Told me i had to pull all my teeth. It is going to cost $5625.00. I' m going to get a second opinion

I would LOVE to give the girls in the front the helpers a 10, but my dr a negative 10... I have horrible anxiety and the dr told my husband he didnt think I needed the nitrous because he numbed it and that should be good enough. My husband lost it on him when he saw me sitting there crying. The girls were wonderful trying to help calm me down but the dr was rude. unsure emoticon I had him the last time and he wasnt like that, so I dont know. The staff was friendly enough. I have horrible anxiety so I paid out of pocket for nitous oxide during the extraction of my tooth. It was only on during the shots to numb the area and then was turned off. All the effects had warn off during the 20 minutes the dentist had left the room. Needless to say my anxiety level was so high I could not proceed with the extraction. I have lost a half days pay and will not be going back here.

I have had the worst tooth ache for the past 3 days, I was searching the Internet yesterday and I scheduled a appointment for today, the X-rays were free and the dentist told me what was wrong, I am so thankful to them and the dentist for seeing me and giving me a the meds I need for the pain and infection to go away and buy me some time otherwise I'd probably be in my bathroom doing surgery on myself. Thank you Aspen Dental

I stopped in yesterday due to some dental pain. There window says walk-ins and emergencies welcomed. I did not feel welcomed and they stated nothing was available. I made an appointment for the following day (today) at 11:30am. I showed up at 11:20 and had all my new patient documents already completed. The staff was great. I loved my dentist. He was nice. I had not been to the dentist since I was a kid. However, I did not like the Hygienist. She was not friendly. She did not greet me or tell me what she was going to do. She pricked my gums which in turn made me cry. It hurt. Her name was Celine. I will never see her again. Worst experience ever.

If I could do 1/2 star I would and only because the place is clean. Never will I ever go back to this place. They told me I needed thousands of dollars in work. Never had a problem in this area before so I got a second and third opinion somewhere else just to be sure. Nice try Aspen Dental you will not be getting my money!!!!
