Dr.austin was through, patient and gentle. I am ver grateful for his professional treatment of my dental emergency. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Austin.
Still waiting to get the information about what needs to be done and the prices. When I left on Wednesday morning I was told it would be sent to me that day. I even called today to find out what was going on and was told it would be sent today. Still nothing. I had a hard time understanding what exactly the dentist was saying because of my hearing deficit and her accent. That is why I have been waiting to see the information in writing. Losing my enthusiasm.

I am a new patient and was very impressed. I walked right in and was greeted with a nice smile. Then I was taken back to the room and got X-rays taken. The dental assistant was the BEST. She made the process so easy and effortless for me. I don't like getting X-rays taken but she made it so easy for me. Then the Dentist came in and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and courteous and told me that I need my wisdom teeth out and now I am looking for a surgeon that works with Aspen dental because I was extremely comfo... read more

On my first day of going to the Aspen Dental in Walpole Mall I was treated from the greeting secretary , to the Doctor and assists and financial person it was a very pleasant experience. I definitely would recommend them for there dental needs!
Everybody was very nice. I have had some bad experiences at other dentists and I'm glad I gave Aspen a try. I feel they were honest with me and didn't try to sell me a bunch of work I didn't really need.
8:30 appt the waited over 45 min. Made second appt.for one week later. called twice to verify that I would honor appt. First time was on the same day I made appt. Second call at 7:45 am the following day which woke everyone from sleeping. Calls should be made after 9 am
