I was respected and not judged any person that I meet or dealt with. Everybody was nice n friendly.
It was great experience, from start to finish
I was satisfied with the dental care at Aspen Dental. All of the staff was pleasant and easy to get along with. They seemed very professional and efficient at their work. I have one complaint: As pleasant and jovial that the dentist(Dr. Napoles) was during most of the visit, I was extremely turned off and disgusted by his persistent joking about "sacrificing [a staff member] to the gods" as he was joking with the staff. So far so good, could be greeted better, walked in sat down, not knowing I was supposed to sign a list of arrival, others did the same though. I'll know more when I get my new teeth.😬
Everyone was friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable
I haven't been to a dentist office in nearly 20 years I really appreciate not being haggled about how long since I've been to a dentist. the people did absolutely wonderful I cannot believe how supportive they were. I highly recommend them
