The reviews of online about the grand forks branch are all true. The doctor will literally wait until the last minute to reschedule your appointment. My appointment was Dec 4th , which is this Monday!!! They literally waited the last day they could go , to inform me about rescheduling. People do not always have availability for them just to throw days around at you. Don’t go here…

Showed up to my appointment at 1pm, and the office is locked. Two other clients and I waited outside for 20 minutes. No one called to cancel this appointment. One of the other customers waited 5 months for this appointment.

I went there in 2021 to get dentures. After 8 months of appointments the final visit received the dentures. The dentures didn't fit comfortably and they didn't seem to try and fix the problem. Not satisfied with Aspen Dental in Grand Forks and waste of money.

Got dentures back in 2021 and haven't been able to use them because they don't fit and hurt when wearing them. Told the dentist at the final fitting that they didn't feel comfortable but seemed like it didn't matter. Spent good money for nothing. Not satisfied at all with the Aspen Dental in Grand Forks. Waste of time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Aspen Dental!!!

i have spoken to a manager in the past on my problems no point in saying it all again but if you have dental anxieties I don't suggest them.

The dentist in Grand Forks is great, the office not so much, waiting 5 months to get work done is a joke, guess I should have read the reviews before going….guess it’s time to find a dentist that wants to help, truly sad

This is the worst place you can imagine. Of course, everyone will smile for you once you're there. But all they are after is money. It is really ugly when dental service is all they care about is your money rather than your health. They tried to force me to do some unnecessary procedure that would cost $1,800. They even said they would not offer any treatment unless they did this unnecessary procedure. I really like how their follow-up says to review them publicly, but if we weren't satisfied, to contact them privately. I am going to get what I've already paid for, but never return. I would rather drive to Fargo or Minneapolis if I have future dealings with Aspen Dental. From day one, literally day one, I have had problems. Yes, the staff is nice, but I'm not paying for friends, I need dental care. And since I paid them up front, I have not been seen on time. Stay FAR FAR away from this corporate greed monster! Do your research people! I went in on Monday and was told I needed roughly $2100 of dental work. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to commit to this extensive treatment plan immediately. Feeling uneasy, I then made an appointment the next day with my hometown dentist for a second opinion.
