The dental treatment that I recently received at the Aspen Dental facility in Snellville was absolutely a great success. The Office personnel, the Doctor, the Dental staff, and the Hygienist were very prudent and diligent as they explained the treatment procedures and the dental process, respectively. The entire dental facility appeared to be very clean, and the atmosphere was very calm and palatable. Wonderful first time experience with Aspen Dental! Karen, the woman who took care of my X-ray and cleaning, is a great asset to the branch. She was extremely kind and personable. She was also more than willing to entertain my questions and educate me. Michael, at the front, was very kind and helpful as well. Even with a position that requires the juggling of multiple tasks, he provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!
I was a new patient, with a broken off tooth... and was looking for a dentist that would work with my insurance plan and a painless repair of this tooth. I was nervous to say the least as I have had painful experiences in the past . This staff was so calming and reassuring . I could not be happier. I was in so much pain and I was so ashamed of how bad my teeth had gotten it took me more than ten years and a firm push from my loved ones to set an appointment. I hope the number 5 for rate your experience is excellent because Dr Altawaty is the best when it comes to having comfortable dentures and he is very knowledgeable and caring. His office staff is also very caring and organized. I would fully trust Dr Altawaty with any type of dental care and I highly recommend him if you need any kind of dental care.
