I have been a patient at this office for approximately 8 years. In fact, I was one of their first patients. I always had a good and professional experience each visit. I have a history of periodontal issues and schedule cleanings 4 times a year. There have been several staff changes over the time and I was extremely sad to see Dr. Vu leave. The last two times I went for cleanings, there was a new hygienist, Tracy. I was NOT happy AT ALL with both her professionalism and personality. She did not do a good cleaning AT ALL!!! ... read more
I can not explain how much of a difference in my quality of life has changed. No more sickness or Pain! The ability to smile and not be afraid to show my teeth. At the Marion , Illinois location, Amanda has been a constant friendly face that will listen to any problems, and solve them as fast as possible. Tomorrow I get my permanent set and can't wait! $5000 was a trivial amount to spend for such Happiness and Self-esteem to return. Thanx to Dr. Rangitsch,Amanda, and the entire staff. Bless you all!!
This office is very professional and goes well above normal satisfaction. They helped you feel completely comfortable with everything they did. From walking in the front door to every other aspect of the procedures. I was feeling very embarrassed about the condition of my teeth and what others think. If I could give Aspen Dental a higher rate experience I would! I went to Aspen in 2016 to get dentures. I kept postponing it until just recently. I explained my panic and anxiety attacks to them due to a previous dentist office. ( Not good). I had a great experience! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I have horrible anxiety related to dental care/visits and the care given by every single member was amazing. I'm smiling!
