I am extremely afraid of the dentist. I have always associate the dentist and pain together. I cried several times during the first part of my visit. However, by the end there were no more tears. Dr. Scott and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and addressed my fears. The procedure was painless and for the first time I didn't fear the dentist.
This was my first trip to Aspen dental. The office staff was very courteous. Everyone that I cam in contact with was nice. Those that explained information to me put it into terms so that I understood it easily. I really enjoyed not having to wait long in the waiting room or in the back during exams.
The staff was very friendly. The transition through the office was smooth. They made sure that I had and understood the information that was given to me.
Must say that I was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist until I came here. They're extremely helpful and make you feel very comfortable about everything they're doing. Any and all of my questions were answered in a way I could understand. Dr. Yousif is by far the best dentist I've ever had, he always makes sure that patients are completely numb before doing any work and he played music during my procedure and that was extremely helpful. The employees were very nice. I felt relaxed not nervous. The atmosphere was uplifting.
I really appreciate all the staff at the office from the front desk to the office manager. In addition the dentist and the assistants were outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone that need dental care. They cared about me and the pain I was in and made it possible to get out of the pain. Thank you to everyone.
From start to finish, this was by far one of the best dental office visits I've ever experienced. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. I truly felt that my dental needs were of the greatest concern by the entire staff. Great people, updated equipment, and the wait time was 10 mins top. I look forward to my follow-up!
