Hats off to Tyler Holmes and his staff. I found Tyler, his receptionists, nurses, and technicians all to be fast, efficient, capable, and caring. I'm recommending Tyler, his staff at Aspen Dental to all my family, friends, and customers.
From setting up a consultation to the surgery and follow up appointment. The WHOLE TEAM rocks !! I can't thank Aspen Dental enough for their attention, service, courtesy and patience. If you need dental service, please go see these guys - they are truly amazing !!!
I tend to work myself up when going to the dentist and rather do anything else but go. The staff here really put me at ease and was very patient with me. The Dr really did an awesome job and really took the time for me, most Dr are in and out and she was not. I do not hesitate to go back again.
At first I was skeptical about it but decided I will go and it was wonderful the staff made me feel like I was a regular customer.. Usually you have to come back but they took me right in solved my problem for me and I was one happy camper... So I diffently will be making this the place to go for all my dental work.. I went to Aspen with a major sever toothache, the staff was very courteous & caring! Very professional environment. Dr Perry is very concern about her patients and their questions!

I did not go to the Chambersburg office but the Hagerstown office would not allow me to write a review. if 5 is excellent then it would be a 5. I got a new full-set of dentures. I had Dr. Edmondson and want to say he did a very good job. The receptionists were extremely helpful. They apologized every time they had to reschedule an appointment, however this was not their fault and it was because of the lab being behind. Like many people, I have a fear going to the dentist so I was long overdue for a check-up. I noticed the new Aspen Dental near my home and I went online to make an appointment, which was very easy to do. The office is extremely clean and the receptionist was friendly. I waited no more than 5 minutes before the dental assistant called me back. She was super nice and explained each step.
