My experience was great. I can't remember everyone's name however from the time I walked through the door and spoke with the receptionist to the time I left after speaking with the finance lady (Ashley, i think) the experience was relaxing and comforting. Dr. Brown was awesome in detailing the steps needed and explaining the procedure.

I had to have 9 teeth pulled and a denture made, I was very afraid,as other dental offices were not understanding. These people are fantastic!!! Fabulous!! Amazing!! I can not say enough good things especially Ashley she made me feel like they would do anything to make it all better and they did. So if you are dragging your feet...DON'T...... just go!!! Your mouth will thank you. Lisa
I usually am fillled with so much anxiety before my dental appts that it takes me a long time to make a appt. I had a great visit with a calming dentist Dr Snow that I will make other appts with out hesitation. Thank you
Dr. Snow is one of the most compassionate, caring providers I have come across. He really wants his patient to get the care that they need and makes it happen. He made sure my husband was well educated and was aware of all options. We never felt rushed or like we were asking to many questions. I am throughly impressed with how genuine and honest he is. I am so excited for my husband to have the beautiful smile that he desires and Dr. Snow made it happen.
I could not be more happier with the care and kindness of the Assistant Vanessa and Doctor Farah. They took their time and scheduled my appts promptly and at my convenience. They both had such great personalities and skill and treated me with the upmost respect. i would highly recommend Aspen Dental. My dentures are near perfect and this my 3rd set but first wirh aspen and have such a great fit. ! Thank you, Gera ldine Schneider
I had been relatively upset mostly due to the pain in my mouth. Unfortunately, I gave Aspen Dental in Smyrna a rather harsh review as a result. Which I do apologize to the wonderful staff at this location. Dr. Williams has been very patient and understanding during my treatment. She has done an outstanding job in my treatment and gone out of her way to keep me comfortable and i will be happy to refer anyone to her..
Girls in the office were great in every aspect of my visit. My dentist Dr. Brittingham was great!!. She made me very comfortable and was the best I've been to for having an extraction. I will continue to use Aspen and am thankful for the staff they have there. Great people and service!!!!
