Everyone was wonderful
I have to recognize Lauren (Office Manager) for help and concern regarding my dentures. I have had them since March, 2016 at the Cartersville location and Lauren was working there then so she knows everything I have been through. I had to travel to Cartersville once and sometimes twice a week because they would not fit and kept falling out and I was in constant pain. Love this dental office they go above and beyond to help you and to make a smile beautiful very friendly and kind caring people ! made my experience wonderful ! When I went for appointments they called me back only waited a few minutes :) that was great ... I love my teeth now they look beautiful I would recommend the midland aspen dental team to everyone ! I had a dental emergency and my regular dentist was closed. I made an appointment with Aspen Dental to solve the emergency. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who took my information. I was given a free Xray exam and Dr. Scott re-bonded the loose artificial tooth that had come loose. My experience at Aspen Dental was exceptionally positive from the moment I entered until I was released. Everyone was very accommodating and extremely professional at all times. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I hope a 5 is a top rating. My 87 year old mother was visiting from Utah in October and ran into difficulties with her bottom denture. Dr. Mo and his staff took her right in to assess the situation and schedule follow up visits. The entire staff, from the person who greeted us when we came in to The office manager, Tom, were outstanding. They treated my mother with kindness and respect. Dr Nichols and staff are wonderful. She took my wisdom teeth out and I didn't even know that she had. No pain during and very little afterwards. I highly recommend them. Dr Nichols and Selena told me what she was doing and eased my nerves. Most definitely will be back!
