I came in as a walkin after my husband finished his appointment... he was impressed and said I should try to go in too. I had a short wait and I believe it was Irma who took care of me, she was very kind and friendly. Dr Abu came in and explained everything that he had previously called out to the hygienist. He seems quiet, gentle, smart and I felt safe (not intimidated) to have him look at, and work on, my teeth.
Dr. D and the fabulous staff at Aspen Dental in Hanover, MA turned a 68-year old baby into a believer. I had neglected my teeth for years and in a matter of weeks, these amazing people gave me back my smile. They are compassionate and competent and have great senses of humor that lighten your fear from the first minute you meet them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Very professional and caring took the time to see what was important to me about my smile the staff was very helpful with making sure every question that I had was answered and for the first time I walked into the dentist and I knew that I will get the help that I need with my smile words cannot explain how they help me smile and the inside as well as the outside

This location helped me when I was in an extremely difficult spot several weeks ago. I was in a severe amount of pain - self-inflicted due to my negligence. Your doctors and staff saw me on short notice and showed indescribable compassion, courtesy, care, professionalism, and friendliness. I was so petrified to go cause it had been such a long time and I was in such pain the staff there made me so relaxed and made me feel welcomed and wonderful and not self concious about my smile my teeth or lack of teeth they are very friendly and am very happy that I am going to be getting my work done with them love you all there thanks so much
I was met with pleasant smiles and demeanors , the entire staff was very professional and made me feel quite comfortable . Dr. Cheek was amazing and fulfilled a promise that I would be pleased with the results , and I certainly was . When the care was completed , I left with my old confidence and swag . The staff was very good to me they Explain very procedure that was going be done to me in very professional way and Sheila explain the financial part and how it works i did't fill over whelm about how I was going beagle apply financial services she was right on top of things.
